Greetings Cruisers!
   We hope that everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday! A few things to let you know. Our next Lake Country Cruisers Car & Bike Show will be Saturday, December 13, 2025, at the Lake Placid American Legion on Route 27 in Lake Placid. The show officially starts at 11 am and wraps up at 1:30 pm. The Legion will be cooking up burgers and hot dogs, so bring your appetite with your car.

JOIN THE PARADE!

Later that evening, Lake Country Cruisers has been invited to be part of Lake Placid’s Annual Christmas Parade again.  The parade launches around 7 pm, but the line-up starts at 5-ish in the Publix parking lot behind Wana. 

If you have never been IN a parade, it’s a lot of fun! Everyone is so happy, cheering, and waving. It doesn’t get more small-town Americana than this!

Avon Park Friday Night Hometown Hangout

And don’t forget the Friday Night Hometown Hangout in Avon Park, Friday, December 12, 2025, from 6-9 PM, at 3 North Museum Ave, in downtown Avon Park. There will be vendors, food trucks, entertainment, dancing, yard games, and more!

PS – Then on December 31, 2025 (New Year’s Eve), there will be a Car Show on the Sebring Circle to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the 12 Hours of Sebring that took place on December 31, 1950! The event is from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. There will be a Car Show with vintage race cars and local street machines, there will be a “Kid’s Car Race”, Vendors, Live Music, and Fireworks.

Greetings Cruisers!
   A BIG THANKS to everyone who came to last Saturday’s Lake Country Cruisers Car & Bike Show. Officially, we had 65 cars. Everyone had a good time, the burgers were most excellent, and our doggie friends enjoyed themselves too!

We have a few upcoming events to let you know about.

The City of Avon Park will be hosting evening Friday Night Hometown Hangout Car Shows on the 2nd Friday of every month, starting Friday, November 14, 2025, 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The location is 3 North Museum Ave, Avon Park, FL.

There will be Vendors, Food Trucks, Entertainment, Dancing, Yard Games, and More!

So, ink that to your calendar.

The next Lake Country Cruisers Car & Bike Show will be Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 11 AM to 1:30 PM at the Lake Placid American Legion Post 25, on Rt. 27, in Lake Placid.

You Are Invited To Be In the Parade!

Later that evening, all Lake Country Cruisers are invited to participate in the Annual Lake Placid Christmas Parade. If you’d like to be in the parade, meet up with us on the access road to Publix, behind the parking lot, behind the Lake Placid Wawa, before 7 PM. If you’ve never been “in” a parade, it’s a lot of fun! It doesn’t get more “Americana” than the Lake Placid Christmas Parade.
